I specialise in strength, hypertrophy, and fat loss — helping beginners and intermediate lifters train with purpose. Every session comes with solid technique coaching, progressive programming, and nutritional guidance built in. No guesswork, no fad diets — just practical advice that fits your lifestyle.
I'll probably talk a lot during our sessions. That's because I want you to understand what you're doing — not just copy what I say. The goal is for you to eventually not need me to hold your hand.

No cookie-cutter plans. Your programme is built around your body, your schedule, and your goals — then adjusted as you grow. And adjusted again when needed.
Form isn't optional. I coach every rep so you move well, stay injury-free, and actually understand why we're doing what we're doing.
Training is only half the equation. I provide practical nutrition guidance — no extreme diets, no unrealistic restrictions. Just straightforward advice that works with your lifestyle.
I don't tell you what you want to hear — I tell you what you need to hear. Progress comes from honest feedback, not empty encouragement.
